The Crags

The Crags are located in the middle of the Garden Route in the Eastern Cape Province, a place where everything happens! Just above the bustling coastal town of Plettenberg Bay and the quiet village of Nature's Valley is stunning surroundings with a range of different activities, making your stay here a new adventure every day.

The Garden Route has a lot to offer the traveller who loves the beauty of nature. The Crags is such a place where a lot of beauty comes together, trapped between the Tsitsikamma Mountains and the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, almost everything within reach. Stroll along the beautiful beaches, have views of wetlands, hide from the sun under native trees and enjoy the scents of Fynbos and grassland. Go 'hiccup' in the mountains, swimming in mountain lakes and find hidden caves.

Go on foot, by boat, on horseback, by 4x4, mountain bike or walk on it from here to give you feel of the beautiful South African nature of the Crags. There are plenty of accommodations in The Crags something for each traveller to his or her taste and the same goes for the restaurants in this stunning area. Birds of Eden is the largest aviary that you can imagine and you can walk between beautiful foliage and you can meet 200 different beautiful exotic birds.
