Dear Ester and Jolanda,
Thank you for your e-mail "Welcome home". Now, we are back to Switzerland after a magnificent travel in Camping-car. We have enjoyed our vacation in South Africa and can say that the liberty given by a camper is exactly what we have needed. Your organization was perfect and on time !We would propose to put in all campers : 1 guide book of all the South African campsites. We have received from MAUI a good done catalogue with campsites addresses (but not enough) and very much publicity in it ! When you don't know the country it would be good to have better information about the large choice of camping possibilities. There are many good campsites in S.A. but where !!  During the travel, you cannot consult easy Internet. You find Internet Café only in cities and we have visited the countryside !

Hello Ester,
Last year we rented a motorhome through you...picked it up in Windhoek and delivered it 30 days later to Cape Town. I've been meaning to write to thank you for some time now.  We had a wonderful trip, and doing it all by motorhome was wonderful...it's the best way to be in Etosha, or Chobe, or Sossusvlei. Thank you for all your help. (I know I sent you many emails when trying to make a decision.)

November 2012

Good day

We have spent 8 nights in the Krueger National Park from 9. till 17. November 12. We traveled with a Camper (Spirit 4 from Maui) with diffrent stops in den Krueger. We started with a bit problems on the

car which we first had to let them fix. Entering finaly the Phabeni Gate which is closed to Hazyview and drove to the Skukuza Rest Camp. We took the tar road, as it was a bit more comfortable. We didn't make any reservation so after one night we continued our trip in the direction of Satara Rest Camp which is more north. We also took the Tarroad, but in between, we just made some loops on the graveld roads and sometime we saw a lot of animals from this roads, but most animals we saw from the tar roads. Lots of Rhinos, Girafs, Zebras, Wilddogs etc. After spending one night in Satara Restcamp we continued our trip north to Letaba Rest Camp. Passing Oliphantriver it was amazing seeing so many Elephants with their babies! Hundreds of Elefants taking a bath in the river. The intention was, staying for 2 nights at that absolut beautiful campsite, but.............. in the evening you got an attack of very big insects looking like beetle and you couldn't sit outside! So we decided to continue our trip next day again south. We drow in the direction of Lower Sabie again with diffrent loops on the gravel roads but as before most of the animals where on the tar roads.

We arrived arround 5pm at Lower Sabie Rest Camp for a relaxing evening. But............. "fully booked" was the information I got! The gates closes at 6.30 pm!!!! Quickly (after a phone call) we decided to drive to Crocodile Bridge Camp which was only about half an hour away. There we arrived in time and had a great Braai. As this camp is small and very familary we booked a seconde night which unfortunatly was the hottest day (approx. 39°) and no Swimmingpool available. During the day it was even to hot for the animals, so it was hard to see some. In the late afternoon we left the camp again for a game drive and went back just before the Gate closes. Next day we went back to Skukuza Camp using diffrent roads. On that evening we went again for a game drive and....... we saw HIM!!!!! The Leopard. Beautiful walking on the road and afterwards lying in the sand for at least half an hour! Fantastic!

Next day we drove to the Berg-en-Dal Rest Camp (south)as they supposed to have a swimming pool. Unfortunatly the pump was not working so the water didn't look like very inviting! To get fixed the pump it takes a bit time.... you are in Afrika!

On our evening Gamedrive we had again a Leopard, Wilddogs and Hyena lying on the gravelroad! After this 2 nights we left the Krueger at the Malelane Gate for Nelspruit and then Pretoria.

It was an astonishing trip with fantastic Rest Camps (very clean Campsite and very clean Sanitarys, big, well organized with big foodstors, good Restaurants nearly all with Internetfacilities annnnnnnnd Braai!). All Camps had the same price so you know in advance how much it costs you. If you don't want to camp, you just can book a hut (self-Catering) with Braai Facility of course.

We probably will be there next year again! Have fun if you go to the Krueger NP!

Hi Arthur,

we arrived safe and sound, thank you.

It was a very pleasant trip and the support from you guys and KEA was very good. The pick-up and introduction to the camper went well and smooth. The vehicle was in very good condition and we had no major issues with it. Also returning the camper in Port Elizabeth went very well and easy. Only the car/liability insurance policy was not clear to us. Luckily we did not have any accident.

Our trip brought us along the Garden Route and the weather, the landscape and the nature were beautiful. Our camper made it much more flexible and romantic.

Thanks to  you guys and hope to travel again with you soon.

Dear Arthur,

We were very impressed and pleased with your service and with Bushlore. The vehicle we hired was well kitted out and in good condition. They were very helpful and afficient and if in the future we need this sort of vehicle you will be our first contact. We travelled over 9000 kilometres through Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa in the month that we had the vehicle and it was comfortable and reliable..

best wishes

Chris
